Zoe has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 10 years, gaining expertise in managing hotels and resorts. She started as the Duty Manager during the pre-opening phase of the Pullman Brisbane Airport where she played a key role in inaugurating the Pullman Hotel, Ibis Hotel and Conference Centre at the Brisbane Airport, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in launching hotels.
Zoe moved up the ranks, becoming the Front Office Manager at Tryp by Wyndham, and later, at Ramada Marcoola in 2019. There she managed operations in a mixed-use property of hotel rooms and apartments across three towers.
In 2020, Zoe was Front Office Manager at Ocean Breeze Resort in Noosa during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is now Resort Manager at Culgoa Point Beach Resort, focusing on building lasting relationships with guests and promoting sustainable practices in the local community.
