Taylor loves tourism because she enjoys meeting new people and providing exceptional experiences for guests.
After high school, she studied a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management at The Hotel School in Brisbane. Taylor is President of the Student Association and leads student engagement activities on campus. As a Student Ambassador, she actively participates in career expos and university events to promote tourism studies.
Taylor started her career as a Guest Service Agent at The Langham Gold Coast, focusing on communicating with guests and exceeding their expectations, and maintaining knowledge of the hotel. In 2022, she became a Guest Experience Agent at The Westin Brisbane, where she's the main point of contact for guests, working to create a unique and personalised experience.
Taylor's future goal is to continue building a career providing exceptional service in luxury hotels.
