From a childhood fascination with marine tourism, Crystal has cultivated an engaging career devoted to providing unforgettable experiences for Great Barrier Reef visitors and undertaking projects focused on sustainability and conservation of the reef.

Her journey began as a dive instructor in Queensland and Fiji, evolving into diverse roles such as an underwater photographer, a Great White Shark Cage Dive Instructor, and a Living Reef Interpreter on Daydream Island. Crystal's expertise extends to various positions with Cruise Whitsundays, including Marine Interpreter, Senior Cruise Director, and Guest Experience Manager.

Embracing the role of a Master Reef Guide, Crystal has managed extensive reef studies, crafted proposals for environmental projects in the Great Barrier Reef, and trained crews in delivering captivating talks on marine life.

Crystal is the Director of Little Fish Tourism Development, where her focus is on helping tourism operators elevate their offerings through product development, immersive guest experiences, marine education, training programs, immersive storytelling, and first aid instruction.

Crystal is also Board Director of Tourism Whitsundays.
