Brooke's journey in tourism began with her family managing Gold Coast caravan parks, giving her hands-on experience in all aspects of park management. After high school, she studied a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of International Tourism and Hotel Management at Griffith University. During that time, she worked in a bar, caravan park, and a Gold Coast resort.

In 2019, Brooke started at Broadwater Tourist Park reception and now works as Assistant Park Manager. Her role covers guest relations, reservations, staff scheduling, social media, organising guest activities, and providing advice on Gold Coast attractions.

Besides her park duties, Brooke also works in Business Development for the Caravan Parks Association of Queensland. She focuses on building relationships with members, recruiting new ones, and finding sponsorship opportunities for the Association's events. In 2021, she was recognised as the Simon Warner Young Achiever of the Year by the Caravan Parks Association of Queensland for her dedication and achievements in the industry.
