Amy began her career managing properties, overseeing a portfolio of 250 and leading teams. She then shifted to the tourism industry, gaining experience in resort management and event planning.
For the last eight years, Amy has been at Great Keppel Island Hideaway, showcasing the island's natural beauty to create unforgettable guest experiences. She loves the Capricorn Region and wants every visitor to appreciate Great Keppel Island's beauty—pristine beaches, clear waters, and marine activities to explore the Great Barrier Reef.
As the Wedding and Events Coordinator, Amy uses the island's stunning backdrop to craft memorable events, finding the role highly rewarding. In her position as the Front of House Manager, Amy contributes to the island's growth by maintaining high standards at the resort and ensuring guests have an excellent experience. Recently, she also took on marketing and social media responsibilities for both Great Keppel Island Hideaway and Keppel Konnections, a ferry service for day-trippers and guests on the island.
