Following high school, Chloe decided to pack her bags at age 18 and move to London where she then developed her career in hotels with a diverse range of global and urban brands.
Chloe’s experience in hotels started in reservations and guest services at the Express by Holiday Inn at Luton Airport before moving to Reservations Manager roles for Gouman and Thistle London Properties, the Crowne Plaza London City and The Ace Hotel London Shoreditch.
In 2017, Chloe moved into revenue and systems management at The Ned Hotel in London, a 5-star property in a building designed in 1924. Chloe was part of the hotel’s pre-opening team where she was responsible for the set-up of revenue and reservations tools, recruitment of the reservations team, revenue analysis and reporting of food and beverage and room performance.
Returning to Queensland in 2021, Chloe worked with Spicers Retreats in their head office, responsible for revenue and systems support across all properties. She now works in revenue management at Minor Hotels in the commercial team for Oaks Hotels and Resorts.
Chloe loves working in tourism as it has enabled her to travel and experience the industry from many places and along the way make friends from all walks of life.
